So it's been a couple of days since I contacted DJI to see what happened to my DJI Spark. I have not heard anything back concerning my case. I think it's a lost cause. I spoke with someone at my local camera store who informed me that the DJI Spark is being discontinued. Great eh? Just great! The budget drone is done for. So we're going to have to spend more money to fly a drone. I'll probably get one in March or April of next year since the winters here in Ottawa are pretty harsh. With me back to work full time, I don't think I will have time to fly after work. I'm probably going to work 8-4 and sun sets anywhere from 4pm to pm depending on the day in that particular season especially during winter. In winter I'd get up and go to work and it's dark. I leave work and it's pretty much dark when I get home.
As far as the drone goes, I'm first of all disappointed with the drone for losing connection and not coming back. I'm disappointed with DJI's response to me. The tech I emailed with back and forth seemed to be ok but I have not gotten a response from him in hours. He might be off of work so I will give him some more time. I will let folks know what happens in the end.
